For Mother’s Day 2025, Aesop will be celebrating the uplifting work of bakery organizations that support marginalized communities.

From May 8-10, stores across New York City and Los Angeles will feature abundant installations of baked goods from local philanthropic partners—visitors are invited to partake in complimentary loaves of bread and pastries in-store, experience sensorial sustenance in the form of a new formulation, Eleos Nourishing Body Cleanser, and limited-edition gift wrapping.

In New York, wares from Brooklyn-based Kindred Bakery will take pride of place in Aesop stores across the city. Using the art of baking, the social enterprise creates opportunities for people with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Through hands-on training in professional kitchens, their students are equipped with real-world job skills, social-emotional learning, and STEAM-based education, helping them gain access to meaningful employment and community engagement.
