The Path of Liberty: That Which Unites US, a powerful new public art installation and proud prelude to America 250. The exhibit will open to the public on May 15.
Encompassing more than six-acres on Manhattan’s East Side from 38th to 41st Street on First Avenue, the large-scale exhibition provides a visual and narrative journey of the founding principles of the United States, framed by stunning portraits and immersive landscapes.
Made possible by the Soloviev Foundation, Path of Liberty: That Which Unites US will welcome guests and present an exploration of both the achievements and ongoing challenges of American democracy. Through powerful, large-scale environmental portraits and interactive elements, visitors will leave with a deeper understanding of the country’s past, present, and future.
Free Shakespeare in the Park TWELFTH NIGHT

Be there when the stage lights turn on again at The Delacorte—a New York City classic—with this high-powered production of the Bard’s classic comedy.
The cast for Free Shakespeare in the Park’s TWELFTH NIGHT currently includes b (Antonio), Bill Camp (Sir Toby Belch), Khris Davis (Orsino), Peter Dinklage (Malvolio), Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Andrew Aguecheek), Junior Nyong’o (Sebastian), Lupita Nyong’o (Viola), Sandra Oh (Olivia), Daphne Rubin-Vega (Maria), and Moses Sumney (Feste). Complete casting and a design team will be announced prior to the start of the run this summer.
After 62 years as the home of Free Shakespeare in the Park, The Delacorte Theater was due for a major makeover. When the theater reopens this summer for this TWELFTH NIGHT, it will be more welcoming, more accessible, and more sustainable than ever before.

La Beauté Louis Vuitton Pop-Up
Louis Vuitton is celebrating their debut cosmetics collection with a one-of-a-kind, immersive pop-up store in SoHo where guests can explore and celebrate the brand’s beauty universe, guided by the Creative Director of Cosmetics, Pat McGrath.
The pop-up features the debut makeup collection, including LV Rouge lipsticks, LV Baume balms, and LV Ombres eyeshadow palettes, all under the creative direction of Dame Pat McGrath. The space is designed as a futuristic, design-led environment with interactive elements, offering customers an exclusive look at the new beauty universe before it becomes fully available on Louis Vuitton's website later this week.

Kith Ivy Padel at Grand Central
This week, Kith proudly introduces its luxury padel brand and club, Kith Ivy.
To celebrate its upcoming launch, they have built a padel court inside Vanderbilt Hall at Grand Central Terminal where guests can book 60-minute slots to play and gain early access to the first Kith Ivy collection. The Kith Ivy Padel Court at Grand Central will be open from September 2 to 10.
Time slots for the court are available to everyone via the Kith App now. Link in bio (must be signed into Kith App).
Court times are first-come first-served and available for four players at a time. Please see all rules below:
• Only one player must book the court
• Courts are available for up to 60 minutes
• Minimum of three players are necessary
• Equipment is provided including rackets and balls along with water.

The Weeknd and Nespresso have announced the opening of a Samra Origins Vinyl Cafe. Located at Nespresso’s SoHo boutique (579 Broadway), this fully transformed space has art and music personally curated by Abel himself, and offers an immersive experience where coffee and music come together to inspire creativity and spark connection. The café features interactive listening stations with headphones, a display of Abel’s handpicked vinyl records, an interactive Nespresso | Samra Origins Togetherness Blend tasting bar, and a dedicated DJ booth with live sets on Saturdays.

The Paper Newsstand NYC Takeover Presented by Peacock
Peacock is turning the streets of New York into a love letter to local newspapers in celebration of THE PAPER - the new workplace comedy from Greg Daniels and Michael Koman.
On September 9, the plaza at Rockefeller Center and Flatiron Plaza will transform into immersive, pop-up newsstands inspired by The Toledo Truth Teller, the fictional Midwestern paper at the heart of the series.
Guests are invited to embrace the magic of newspapers with a towering “Tower of Truth” installation, a special appearance from star Oscar Nuñez (“Oscar Martinez”), and complimentary PopUp Bagels to enjoy as they take a bite out of the morning news (bagels are first come, first served).
The Paper follows the documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch in the Emmy Award-winning series The Office when they discover a historic Midwestern newspaper and the publisher trying to revive it. All 10 episodes of The Paper are available to stream on September 4th only on Peacock.

Citizens 9/11 Floral Giveaway
For the third consecutive year, Citizens will honor the memory of those who lost their lives 24 years ago by providing free floral arrangements for family members and other visitors to the 9/11 memorial this September 11.
The flowers will be available at three Citizens branch locations Bowling Green, 26 Broadway, Tribeca 110 W Broadway and SoHo, 11 E Houston St. at 8 a.m. and continue until all bouquets have been distributed. Citizens will also be providing a map with several different downtown locations where visitors can leave their arrangements and take a moment to pause and reflect.
Citizens is partnering with New York based florist, Wilder Gardens and Flowers. Florist Alex Abuza has created these arrangements using only regionally-grown flowers that are native wildflowers of New York State.

The 2024 WNBA Champion New York Liberty‘s largest community event, The Brooklyn Dribble, presented by Ticketmaster, will return for a second year at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
