CAVA is debuting its modern take on a Middle Eastern classic — Chicken Shawarma - nationwide on Monday, September 8 for a limited time only. Marinated in Mediterranean spices and roasted on a spit, the shawarma is served in a new Garlicky Shawarma Bowl, a Shawarma Pita, or any custom creation of your choice.

To celebrate, CAVA is taking shawarma on the road with a multi-city Shawarma Truck Tour, and NYC gets the very first stop:
