It’s not summer until you hear the classic Mister Softee jingle echoing down steaming hot streets. And it’s not our birthday until we get some ice cream.

To help us celebrate our 20th, Mister Softee is offering free ice cream and an Eater magazine (that’s right, we published a magazine!) for two hours, over the course of two days and locations.

Catch the truck at McCarren park on September 21 and get free ice cream between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., or at Union Square on September 22 between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
