Hello Halloumi, the West Village bakery known for its halloumi-forward baked goods, is debuting a new expanded menu on April 12, featuring more savory, hearty offerings alongside its new sweet treats.

To celebrate, the first 50 guests will receive a complimentary “flight,” including a mini chicken gyro, a grilled slice of halloumi with a new glaze (teriyaki, rose, or pesto), and additional bites.

After the first 50 flights are handed out, flights will be offered at 50% off, and all dessert purchases will include a complimentary coffee for the day or until sold out.

New menu highlights include:
• Savory flight (chicken gyro, grilled halloumi, grilled cheese and more)
• Pesto pasta bowl with plant-based steak and grilled halloumi
• Gluten-free Oreo cheesecakes
• Nutella bombs
