The Met’s popular concert series in New York City parks returns this summer.
On June 14 at Brooklyn Bridge Park and June 16 at Central Park SummerStage, soprano Janai Brugger, tenor Jack Swanson, and baritone Benjamin Taylor join Met assistant conductor Howard Watkins at the piano. Four additional concerts will take place on June 9 at Manhattan’s Jackie Robinson Park, June 11 at the Bronx’s Williamsbridge Oval, June 13 at Staten Island’s Stapleton Waterfront, and June 15 at Queens’s Socrates Sculpture Park, featuring soprano Tessa McQueen, mezzo-soprano Hannah Jones, and bass-baritone Sunghoon Han, accompanied by Mariam Bombrun.

All recitals are free. No RSVP is necessary. Bring a picnic blanket as seating is not guaranteed.
All recitals events will be presented rain or shine unless the weather poses a danger to audiences or performers. We will make announcements on the Met website and social media channels in the event we need to cancel.
