On May 21st Minuto Bauli, a celebration of Italian baking traditions, is arriving in the heart of New York City.

Minuto Bauli, the latest concept from the renowned Italian brand Bauli, is making its highly anticipated U.S. debut. Bauli was founded in 1922 as a small artisan pastry shop in Verona, Italy, and has since grown into the leading brand in festive desserts and treats in Italy. Minuto Bauli is set to begin its journey in the United States.

Minuto Bauli’s grand opening in New York will take place on May 21, 2025, at 866 Broadway.
