Welcome to The Museum of Dead Chat, a free pop-up gallery memorializing the most unhinged messages in dating app history. (Tickets not required to enter!)

For two days only from 10AM - 5PM, the immersive experience allows you to laugh, cringe, and heal alongside fellow daters as we celebrate the messages that should never have been sent and the joy of finally moving on. Dating app fatigue is real. 90% of NYC singles say they’ve felt burned out by the endless swiping, ghosting, ‘premium’ paywalls, and flood of “wyd?” messages at 2AM. But there’s good news: it doesn’t have to be this way.

What is Breeze? Breeze does things differently. It’s the dating app that takes online dating offline. Wildly successful across Europe since 2020, Breeze launched in New York City earlier this year. While most dating platforms generate revenue by keeping users online for as long as possible, Breeze encourages you to put your phone down by completely skipping the chat and connecting people in person.

How does it work? Every day at 7PM, we send you a handful of people we think you’ll like. If it’s a match, you skip the chat and schedule the date immediately. We handle the planning at one of our partner locations around the city for a safe and worry-free first date.
