Opening this studio was a labor of love that happened during a pregnancy and in spite of the DOB giving us a rather tough time! 11 years into business and 4 locations in, we know how important it is to celebrate the wins and the people who make these spaces special.

Whether you practice theere regularly, haven't been in a while or are brand new, they would love to share this beautiful space with you! The Bushwick location is just a mile from Greenpoint and Williamsburg, and features a beautiful backyard and cold plunge for NYC's hottest days.
