15th Birthday @ Dominique Ansel Bakery

Dominique Ansel Bakery is celebrating their 15th Birthday in Soho, on Friday 11/6 to Sunday 11/8, teaming up with the legendary @russanddaughters on their Latke Bagel Smoked Salmon Sandwich + Halvah DKA breakfast set. Something savory, something sweet, all to celebrate their NYC home and 15 years here on Spring Street. Flaky laminated brioche wrapped around a potato latke made with @row7seeds Poulette potatoes, sliced Norwegian smoked salmon, Isigny Ste. Mère crème fraîche, capers, pickled red onion, and fresh chives for good measure. And there’s sesame halvah layered into their signature DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann), baked till golden and caramelized all throughout. Plus, a cup of @stonecoffeecompany coffee to wash it all down.

Available as a set (bagel + DKA + coffee). Items can also be purchased individually (coffee will be 5 cents, a throwback to the price back in 1914, the year Russ & Daughters opened!).
