A giant inflatable sandwich will appear wedged between two Flatiron buildings for two days only (July 30–31), as Care.com brings its first-ever Sandwich Generation Report to life with a free public activation.

Located at 1177 Broadway in NYC, the installation will feature the oversized inflatable sandwich plus complimentary sandwiches for those on the street, creating a powerful visual that highlights the reality of the millions of Americans balancing care for both children and aging parents.

MTV alum and caregiving advocate Whitney Port will host the activation on the morning of July 30 as Care.com's co-spokesperson, helping shine a light on the emotional and logistical demands facing today's Sandwich Generation.
