Hello Halloumi, the West Village bakery known for its halloumi-forward baked goods, is debuting an expanded gluten-free menu on April 18th.
To celebrate, the first 30 guests will receive a complimentary “flight,” including a mini chicken gyro, a grilled slice of halloumi with a new glaze (teriyaki, rose, or pesto), and additional bites.
After the first 30 flights are handed out, flights and protein pasta bowls will be offered at 50% off, and include a complimentary coffee for the day. The promotion will start at 11am and end at 3pm or until sold out.

Savory flight (cheddar melt, glazed grilled halloumi, chicken gyro wrap and oreo halloumi cheesecake)
Pesto pasta bowl with plant-based steak and grilled halloumi
