June is Pride Month, a month to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community. There are so many fun (& free!) events in NYC celebrating Pride, with most happening the last week in June when the Pride March is.
2026 Wall of Honor Ceremony (June 25): The National LGBTQ Task Force and the International Imperial Court System come together to unveil the 2026 Wall of Honor, a tribute to LGBTQ+ trailblazers who have passed on and have made significant contributions to LGBTQ+ politics, art, culture and more.
Rise Up, Live Proud (June 25): Rise NY is celebrating pride with performances at the torch balcony, giveaways and more!
Aesop Queer Library (June 26 - 28): Aesop Queer Library returns to New York for its sixth year at Aesop Nolita. The brand’s annual literary initiative celebrates LGBTQIA2S+ voices through complimentary books by queer authors and the transformation of its stores into welcoming community library spaces. The 2026 edition explores writing that centers on the queer body, highlighting literature’s ability to challenge assumptions, foster connection, amplify underrepresented perspectives, and bring greater visibility to stories too often overlooked. Visitors are invited to stop by during store hours to browse the collection and take home a complimentary book.
Youth Pride (June 27): Youth Pride is a block party-style, queer-affirming celebration of LGBTQIA+ youth and their families and allies - provides a safe space for empowerment, education and building community.
NYC Dyke March (June 27): This year the NYC Dyke March will step off from Bryant Park at 5pm on June 27, 2026.
Harlem Pride (June 27): It’s Harlem Pride’s 17th anniversary, celebrate 17 Shades of Pride with an unforgettable day of 100% pure love, joy, community, and Pride in Harlem. Visit vendors, grab some give aways, check out our medical services, learn information about various programs and services, eat some fabulous food and enjoy the stage show!
Pride Night Out with Kiehl's (June 27): Kiehl’s is celebrating Pride at their Hell's Kitchen location! Join them on Saturday from 1pm to 4pm to enjoy a live DJ, sips & bites, complimentary skin analysis and giveaways
NYC Pride March & Parade (June 28): The NYC Pride March is among the largest LGBTQIA+ civil rights demonstrations in the world. NYC Pride’s theme for 2026 - “For All of Us” - The theme references a quote widely attributed to LGBTQIA+ activist and Stonewall veteran Marsha P. Johnson honoring one of our trailblazers and center justice for the entire LGBTQIA+ community.
PrideFest Street Fair & Performances (June 28): PrideFest is thrilled to be BACK for our annual LGBTQIA+ street fair that combines exhibitors, food, and activities for a day of fun and celebration in the name of equality.
Get the Beauty Scoop with Sally Beauty (June 28): Sally Beauty is coming to Pride with an interactive experience. The activation features complimentary ice cream, beauty products and more.
