#WeMend Summit is the culminating event of May We Mend, After Hours Club's Mental Health Awareness Month campaign. A wellness sanctuary and an entire day designed around what actually helps: moving your body, expressing yourself, connecting with people who get it, and having the kind of conversations that don't usually happen in traditional professional spaces.
The day unfolds in two parts:
11AM β 4PM: Wellness Experiences and Activations.
6PM β 8:30PM: An evening keynote panel and networking mixer.
