West Side Community Garden’s annual Tulip Festival is here! Enjoy a beautiful garden full of tulips of various colors to celebrate Spring. It will take place April 13th through mid-May, from dawn to dusk.

Special event days are from 10am-4pm April 13-14 and April 20-21
