The UN has officially declared Dec 21 as World Meditation Day — and this year, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will be in NYC to lead:
Dec 19: World Meditation at the United Nations
Dec 21: A public meditation event
Last year 8.5M people meditated worldwide creating a Guinness world record.
On Sunday, December 21, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will lead a live meditation for World Meditation Day in person from New York City's Spring Studios.
Doors open at 8:30 am, and everyone must be seated by 9:30 am.
